The hot-dip galvanizing equipment running in our company was imported from Berg Company of Germany. It’s also one of the most enternational advanced hot-dip galvanizing equipment. It’s brought into service successfully after the mounting and debugging of experts from Germany. The equipment adopts fuel system with computer-controlled temperature. It controls the temperature of zinc tank to be stable through adjusting the spaying fuel volume. The temperature of zinc tank keeps being stable through adjusting the spaying fuel volume. The temperature of zinc tank keeps to be 460°C±5°C. The dimension of zinc tank is 7.5m(L)×2.5m(D)×1.5m(W) to ensure the large dimensional cable support system, shaft, blast pipe and shape steel to galvanize. The zinc adopted is 0 type with the zinc content of 99.99%. Now we have solved the difficulty to control the thickness of zinc coating. According to the requirement of zinc coating of the customers, we use the computer to control the temperature and speed, and now the galvanizing standard of our factory has exceeded the trade standard of our country. The thickness of zinc coating can be controlled between 70μm to 150μm after the 200 hours of salt spay test in Kiangs Product Inspection Center, our galvanizing products were tested that they can be used for more than 45 years, even in the littoral they can be used for more than 40 years without corrosion. With the modernization and automation of equipment, the quality of our products has reliable guarantee, and the processing capacity has increased with large range. On the upper of the galvanizing equipment, it is equipped with exhaust gas collect gas harmful to health. It creates the conditions to ensure the workers can operate healthily and high efficiently, and manufacture high quality products.
Make use of waste heat of fume to heat the pre-processing system,i.e.make the fume get through the heat exchanger and heat the water,then the heated water flow sthrough heat exchanger and hot galvanization assisting agent and acid for pre-processing.The fume reenters drying kiln and heat the parts to be plated and finished products,so the hot-dipped galvanized systerm is more Energy-saving and Environmental.
